LCM Import issue

I have serverA... that has an app say aso1 , now on serverB I want this app aso1(note serverB don't have this app), so i did lcm export from serverA and moved to serverB and when I tried to do lcm import on serverB , its taking serverA cluster and not serverB cluster...

what to do in such case ..do I need to create dummy app1 on serverB and then do import.
