Lazy evaluation ?

i got two question.
question is......

what do u mean by these keywords from programming point of view
(1) polymorphism
(2)Lazy evaluation .

i know about polymorphism.....its available in C++, JAVA.

but Lazy evaluation ? what is it ? is it available in java ,C++? inever come across these in C++,JAVA...............
