Launching JNLP application in Netscape in Linux

843802Aug 6 2003 — edited Aug 1 2004
Hi,

I am trying to launch a jnlp application from Netscape browser in RedHat Linux 7.2. Though I have configured in browser preferences for the jnlp file, the browser is still opening the 'File Save' dialog box.

The Linux was also configured to open JavaWebStart when ever it encounters the jnlp file. Though this option works in Command Prompt, in GUI mode, when the jnlp file is clicked/double clicked, it fails.

Can you please help me in solving this issue.

Regards

Srini
