Launching EDQ director throws cannot find message file error

Recently upgraded java version 1.6_45 to Java version 1.6_101 - But still having the java_folder in the 1.6_45

Launched web logic server 11g Admin console > Environment > Load 1 running

Launched browser > EDQ launch pad > Director launch > getting error as java version1.6. 45 cannot find message file

Launch other client application as well getting SSL connection Failed error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in this regards
