Latest version of EDI 850

While creating an 850.xsd and .ecs file for PO in document editor i see that there are diferent versions for the same document in document editor (eg: 4010, 5010 etc)

1)Which is the latest version of 850?
2)How different will be one version from another? (eg: How is 4010 850.xsd diff from 5010 850.xsd ). I need to know the impact of change of versions.
