latest Oracle DB 11g patch

Hi all,
Can you give me a link from where to download the latest patch for oracle database 11g R2? I've had some patch installed but i reinstalled Windows and i don't know exactly what patch was... and what includes that patch?
Also, do i need first to install the database 11g R2 and after that the patch, or directly the patch?
