Latest OLEDB Oracle Provider

Good afternoon everyone:

I am looking for the latest Oracle OleDb Provider. I am trying to connect to a Oracle 10 DB. I also would like to know if the latest version supports the commandTimeOut property of the OleDbCommand object for .Net framework 2.0 cause I've found that the previous implementations could not support the CommandTimeout property because of some design features.

Thanks for any help on this 2 questions, latest OleDb Oracle Provider and if it supports CommandTimeout property.
