latency-sensitive and throughput-sensitive

Hi All,

I get a question but dont know the answer. Pls advise.

Which feature of exadata DB Server crucial to servicing latency-sensitive application and which for throughput-sensitive application? Flash Cache or IORM or ASM or RAC?
