latch: cache buffers chains

Hi，

There are some sessions waiting for ‘latch: cache buffers chains’ in my database，but I find the ROW_WAIT_OBJ# is not referred to the SQL in these sessions. Is it because the sessions are waiting for flushing the blocks from the buffer cache or something else?
