Last contiguos SCN in the SRL (Active Data Guard)

Is there a way to determine the last contiguous SCN in the SRL at the standby database. Assuming that gaps in SCN is a possibility in the SRL logs we would like to determine the SCN which is guaranteed to be available at the standby – in case the primary fails.
