Last column chopped off in interactive grid on initial page load

Hi, I just noticed that the final column in interactive grids gets chopped off as shown below on initial load.
If I refresh the region the alignment corrects itself but it happens again if I refresh the page.

This APEX environment was recently upgraded to 20.2 so it may be related to this but it is also possible that I simply did not notice it until now.

Appreciate any feedback
