Large Delete, Commit Every 10,000 records, Without PL/SQL

Is there a setting in SQL Developer that will allow me to delete a million records, commiting the delete every 10,000 records, without writing a PL/SQL routine?

I am simply clearing a table with a lot of records, and there is no need for rollback.
