Languages Problem with WF Builder

I have this error when trying to open an item_type from the database with WF Builder:

1005: Language is not populated, please refers to Workflow documentation for steps on populating a language.

In the WF_LANGUAGES view of the OWF_MGR user, i have AMERICAN_AMERICA.US7ASCII and Latin American Spanish with installed_flag Y.

I have changed the NLS_LANG in the client with WF Builder with AMERICAN_AMERICA.US7ASCII and tried AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1 and no use, the same God D..med error.

The database version is
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.1.0.4.0 - 64bits (over Solaris) with character set AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1

and the installation of Standalone Worflow Server was 2.6.3

Also, i have set the WF_RESOURCES environment variable pointing to $ORACLE_HOME/wf/res/wfus.res.

What is happening, i'm in the middle of a development proyect and canÂ´t start due to this. Is there a way to change the character set of US language in WF_LANGUAGES. What can I do?

Can anybody help please.
