This has been an ongoing problem for quite some time. Despite VS Code and SQL Developer being set to English, we have a significant number of users who see the left panel in Chinese after connection (their laptop is in Chinese). The connection name itself is in English, but on connection, the details in the left panel are in Chinese (see below):
Is there any way we can directly control this - maybe set the Java language to ENGLISH in a config file somewhere?
