Hi
I change the OS clock back to 1980 and i tried to query the tables,then suddenly i was disconnected from db.When i see the errors in alert log , i got the following message in alert log

KTSMG_UPDATE_MQL(): MMNL absent for 2966371228 secs; Foregrounds taking over

Errors in file c:\oracle\product\10.1.0\admin\orcl\bdump\orcl_mmon_284.trc:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kebm_mmon_main_1], [1513], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-01513: invalid current time returned by operating system

--- and also in trace file

ktsmgtur(): TUR was not tuned for 2966371228 secs
ktsmg_advance_slot(): MMNL advances slot after 2966371305 seconds

error 1513 detected in background process
OPIRIP: Uncaught error 447. Error stack:
ORA-00447: fatal error in background process
ORA-01513: invalid current time returned by operating system

I know it was happend oracle has got some date range 1988-2121 in years and in seconds 2966371228(am i right)
I just wondering if any body can anybody explain me --'Foregrounds taking over'----- 'what does it mean exactly
