KPIs for Item creation/update cycles and catalog vs non-catalog items in or

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find descent Key Performance Indicators about:
1) Item creation Cycle: Cycle time measured from the receipt of the creation request to the completion and confirmation of the item master creation.
2) Item update Cycle: Cycle time measured from the receipt of the change request to the confirmed completion of the change.
3) Catalog vs non catalog item ratios for organizations (especially universities and hospitals).
