Korean Ko-KR language strings are not unrecognized in sql developer

Hi Team,

As part of OBIEE translation we have translated file from English to korean while same files i tried to import into Oracle sql developer it represents as rectangle boxes rather than actual korean string.
Tried altering session but its not as expected attached the screenshot.
also whenever i tried to copy the actual korean strings to sql developer (Windows) its turning into rectangular boxes as below.
SQL DEVELOPER VERSION: 20.4..1.407
