Knowledge transfer documentation for Database

I am working on an banking application and have a lot of business logic coded as PLSQL packages/trigger. The following are the things I have taken in my plate

1.Create Databse Documentation (Simple representation of DB)
2. Main Flows - How they are linked to each other.

for knowledge transfer and re-use by new people joining the team. If anybody, has some templates/Guidelines for such kind of documentation, request you to kindly help in finding how to proceed with this thing.
