knowing cores using by oracle database

Dear all,

Facts:

Oracle db 10205 on windows 64 bits

Server primary:

1 CPU with 10 dual core on Intel CPU

Six enterprise oracle database on Dataguard config. (primary)

On each instance the cpu_count has 20

Secundary Server:

1 CPU with 6 dual core on Intel CPU

Six enterprise oracle database on Dataguard config. (secundary)

Although cpu_count is 20 on each instance. I want really know if my oracle database is using all those cpu cores.

how can I know that?

any query to execute in order get this information during a period of time?
