KMs: iKM Oracle Incremental Update x iKM SQL Incremental Update

I have an interface where I need only UPDATE table's records( target ) then I'm thinking what will be the best KM to choose:
- iKM Oracle Incremental Update, or
- iKM SQL Incremental Update;

Then I will desable the INSERT pass of the KM chosen

What are the diferences between "iKM Oracle Incremental Update" and "iKM SQL Incremental Update" ?
Which one is the best only for performed table UPDATE ?
