KMC related question

This question must not be relevant to JavaCard platform however, I think it would be suitable to put here in waiting for your replies :)

I'm working for a smartcard personalisation company and I'm initiated with banking cards. I was asked whether we could "update" the KMC of the card due to the fact that, the bank would like to use its own KMC to diversify all derived keys in the card in the phase of personalisation.

When we import the cards from the card manufacturers, As I see, the default KMC is always 404142....4D4E4F. I believe that Card manufacturer would provide us APDU commands to update this "super" key? Or any other solutions?
