Most VSCode extensions will also appear in the Extensions Marketplace for Amazon's Kiro IDE, which is branched from VSCode. However, SQL Developer does not.
I can download the extension in VS Code and install it in Kiro, and everything works perfectly. But this is a bit of a pain because it won't auto-update. I have to go back to VSCode to download any updates and re-install.
Is the extension intentionally not available in Kiro, or is some flag just not flipped by mistake? I haven't run into one issue using it, and since I have to use Kiro at work and not CoPilot, it's nice to have access to the SQL directly in the IDE.
