kill locked session

Hi,

i 'm using orcle 10g r2 . i have 2 instance prod1 and prod2 . how to find the locked session in each instance and how to kill the session in each instance. anyone can help me out this problem. i'm newbie on dba.

Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bi
PL/SQL Release 10.2.0.4.0 - Production
CORE 10.2.0.4.0 Production
