KeyTool Error :FileNotFound

Hi All:
When i am trying to import a certificate into cacerts I am getting the following error.
It is printing the finger prints of certificate and just asks about trusting and u can see all the other lines below.

Trust this certificate? [no]: yes
Certificate was added to keystore
keytool error: java.io.FileNotFoundException: cacerts (Permission denied)

Can any body pls explain why keytool is throwing that error and how can i fix it.
