Keylistener without focus?

Hi everybody!

I'm just wondering if it's possible to have a keylistener to listen to a certain button to be pressed when the application doesn't have focus?
For an example, my application "Toopitoppitoo" is in the system tray and I press F10. I then want it to recognize that and maximize.

So. Is it possible to do such a thing when it doesn't have focus?
Would be grateful if you directed me to where in the API this can be read or doable :)
