Dear reader,

Sun SGD 4.2 in use with Windows 2003 Std. Terminal Server and Windows XP client with Dutch Input Language and United States-International Keyboard Layout.

In the Netherlands the most common use of Input Language and Keyboard Layout is: Dutch Input Language and United States-International Keyboard Layout.

It does not seem that Sun SGD has a keymap for this combination (or any combination of other Input Languages and other Keyboard Layouts). Therefor the setting in Sun SGD for Keyboard Map "Use client's input locale" does not map the used locale.

Creating a Keyboard Map file that works in SGD seems complicated, is there any documentation for it? Does anyone know the road we should take to get the Keyboard Map for Dutch Input Language and United States-International Keyboard Layout?
