Key java.lang.SecurityException: Crypto-J has entered an inoperable state

Could any one help me on this. Iam often getting this error when reading encrypted username and password file.

Error decrypting Secret Key java.lang.SecurityException: Crypto-J has entered an inoperable state, an internal FIPS 140 self-verification test has failed
