Kernel Warning and Filesystem IO error

Please give me a solution for this below error messages, and this problem has been occurred more than three times,
We have 3 node sun cluster nodes, each one is connected two 2 SAN Switches due to redundancy, while doing SAN Switch 1 Activity we have found some warnings in /var/adm/messages file. After few seconds one filesystem related to Database is having a problem I/O Error. And Please find the logs below.
