Keep asking existing saved password 19.0.206

Dear community.

I download and give a try for sql developer 19.0.206.

All the saved password now it is asking again when I first initialized the connection.

It works fine in 18.4.0.376

I also try export the password in the json xml file from my 18.4.0.376 and import it to 19.0.206

and it still doesnt work and keep asking me the password.

Is this a bug or a new feature ?
