keep alive is not working in sqldeveloper 4.0

Hi friends,

I'm Using sqldeveloper 4.0 In this, keep alive option is not able to see in the tool.I download the .jar file from the https://sites.google.com/site/keepaliveext/ and paste it into

..\sqldeveloper-x.x.x.x.x\sqldeveloper\sqldeveloper\extensions and restarted the sql developer tool.

Even though i'm not able to see the keep alive option.Please is there any alternate to do this.

Please help me in this.
