KDE Installation on Solaris 9

Hello!
The Software Companion CD which comes with the Solaris 9 (4/03) release contains KDE 3.0 along with other applications. It gets installed through WebStart Installation method, but we cannot use it, nor any shortcut appears for it. Also no options appears on the Login screen. NOW HOW TO USE THE INSTALLED KDE ??????????
