JWVIEW ERROR when starting windowsXP

I am recieving an error whe starting windowsxp that says JWVIEW ERROR and has an ok to click. Someone told me to run java from this site and it would fix the problem but i don't know how can anone help me?????????? I am also recieving a runtime error7,,,,,anyone know if that has anything to do with java or know what that means.

PLEASE HELP.
