JWS slow startup

Hi,

I am using JDK 5.0 and the time taken to start up JWS is close to 50 seconds on PIII+512MB RAM+ Windows 2000 prof. Because of this my application startup time considered to be slow. My application is deployed in online mode.

Is it an inherrent problem? Any chances of solving this?
