JVM Error during database Creation through dbca

Hi,

I'm getting following error during creation of database on linux 5 on VMware machine. This error becomes during creation of database. It seems that JVM get crashed during creation of database. Any workaround to this problem please discuss:

Error is as fallow:

RDBMS=11gR1(11.1.0.6.0) 32-bit
Processor =32 bit
