Just the changes downstream in 19c

  1. We've been provided with a database link to another database. I can read a few dozen tables.
  2. We grab the tables (CTAS) which works well. Those records get transformed to another db.
  3. As a last step they want us to provide JUST THE CHANGES.
  4. I have no ability to work as sysdba in the origin host so my options are limited.
  5. Could someone point me in a viable direction? Thanks in advance.
