jusched.exe error

hey all...I am having a problem with my pc, and the first error I get is "jusched.exe" can not be started...I understand that this is the Java update search or something like that??? :-s

I cant run bullguard, yahoo messenger or bazooka spyware scanner due to the problem...does anyone know what's caused the problem? It'd be a great help to me if I could resolve it soon.
