jUpload with Apex 3

Has anyone successfully used jUpload with Apex 3?

I have jUpload actually uploading the files to a directory on the server, but I just can't seem to figure out the next step..

I need to be able to get the names of the files uploaded so I can then load them into the Database....

Anyone have any samples?
