Junk Data in Tablespace after dropping tables

Hallo all,

We use Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production. I have dropped few tables whose partitions where existing in a particular tablespace. All my drop queries were successful. I was assuming that the tablespace will be empty now and it can be dropped but when i tried the below query in that tablespace i get the results as given below. Now I wonder what is this junk value in table_name, how is it created? Can anyone help me in this?

Query: select * from all_tab_partitions where tablespace_name like 'TS_TBZ_P_14H2_DATA' and partition_name = 'P_99999999' order by partition_name
