Junit extension download link for JDeveloper 12.1.3

Hi,

does someone have the download link for the Junit extension for JDeveloper 12.1.3?

The Oracle Download Center http://www.oracle.com/ocom/groups/public/@otn/documents/webcontent/131167.xml#oracle.jdeveloper.junit lists a version that is only useable in 12.1.2, not in 12.1.3.

I already tried to tweak the download link for 12.1.3, but that didn't work.

Also changing the maxVersion-Tag in META-INF/bundle.xml did not work. JDeveloper tells me than that it installs the plugin, but I am not able to use it after the restart.
