jumpstart sevrer problem

HI All

iam facing one problem with jumpstart sevrer,i setup a jumpstart server with solaris10x86 update 3

but while iam trying to boot from client side using boot net - install,it is not booting

it is getting as below

Timedout waiting for ARP/RARP
38E00.

then it is terminating the boot process

when i try check the client side

rpc is running as below

bash-3.00# ps -ef|grep rpc
root 270 1 0 11:14:24 ? 0:00 /usr/sbin/rpc.bootparamd
daemon 262 1 0 11:14:24 ? 0:00 /usr/sbin/rpcbind
bash-3.00#

Jumpstart server is pinging from client side but server is not pinging client side

bash-2.05# showmount -e rmqajump
showmount: rmqajump: RPC: Rpcbind failure - RPC: Success

iam getting above error

how to restart rpc bind and if it is some other problem please help it is very urgent
