JTable, resizing columns widths, "double headed arrow" missing

Hello,
Does anyone have clue what is going on when double headed arrow does not appear where resizing JTable column widths. I cant still resize column widths, but not very user friendly. I don't have this problem with the other windows/JTables in my application. Is there way/method to set cursor type for this type of action.
