jt400.jar on 9.2.0.1.0 Windows urgent reply needed

I try to load jt400.jar on my Oracle for use a Procedure that write on AS400 Table. I try using loadjava with(loadjava -u net/net@company -genmissing -resolve -v -grant public jt400.jar) and this not load fine the jar.
JDBC driver works fine in stand-alone application, but when I try to upload jt400.jar package into database, almost all of the uploaded classes can't be resolved.
In this case install Oracle Gateway is not an option.
Please this is urgent.
