JSP Server is not compatible with Win XP Service Pack 2

i've install java serve into my comp system with the following specification:

Operating System: Windows XP Service Pack 2
Processor: Pentium 4,1.60 Ghz
RAM:256
Database: Microsoft Access 2003

The PROBLEM are:
Page with .jsp extension cannot be diaplay, when it's come to .html/.htm there is no problems at all.

Why this kind of problems occur is it because of the my comp. spec or because of Jave server didn't suite with XP Service Pack II...

I TRIED SO MANY TIME BUT THE OUTPUT IS STILL THE SAME!!!
