jsp page doesn't compile in weblogic

Hi,friends
I am developing a J2ee application using weblogic 6.0.I have a very strange problem.My jsp pages doesn't compile when I run my application.If I type the jsp page name in ie URL box,I only got what html presented, anything I wrote it in server side (using <% ...%>),never compile.Does anyone had the same problem,or does anyone can help me out?
Any help are appreciated.
