JSP, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate

Hi all,
I have an interview on Friday and the interviewer will ask about these technologies: JSP, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate

He knows I don�t have previous experience an am not familiar with these technologies, but is expecting me to go to interview prepared and be able to answer his questions. What's the best and quickest way possible to learn these? There are lots of tutorial out there, but does anybody know of any tutorial that is short, and easy to learn? ...

Any help is greatly appreciated.
