<jsp:include/> vs <%@ include/>

Hi all,

I'm just asking, in term of performance, if the directive include is better than jsp tag include ...
i got some big page with table, i put all my different table in <jsp include> and the whole come with a jerky way, table after table ...

so i'm wondering if i have to use directive or jsp tag ?
