jsp:forward tag not working for urls with query string

Hi

I am using jsp:forward tag for urls with querystring. But it shows a 404 error i.e. "file not found: index.jps?action=4", But if i give url without querystring then it works. By the way I am using IBM Web Sphere Application Server.

Please give me a solution.
