JS API Documentation Example for "tableModelView" is not working

Hello Community,
The example shown in https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/application-express/20.2/aexjs/tableModelView.html#initializer-section is not working with Apex 20.2.0.00.20 and 21.2.0 on apex.oracle.com
Application with the Bug https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/fgrote/r/tableviewmodel-example/home
Screenshot that shows that the loaded Table has 2 empty rows As you can see the Table is loaded with 2 Data Entries. But The Values are not filled in.
