JRE Updates

When I use the inbuild jucheck.exe in my installed JRE1.6.0_05, I get the message that I already have the latest version.

Yes, when I visit the update page (http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp) I informs me that JRE1.6.0_06 is already available for download.

Is this a fault or problem?

Or is it just a policy to ensure that not all downloads are done at the same time?
