JRE Instead of jinitiator .1.3.1.17

hi all

i was using JRE instead of Jinitiator but suddenly stopped work and do not know what is the problem.
Forms version 9.0.4...
Forms [32 Bit] Version 10.1.2.0.2 (Production)
Application server 10R1 version 9.0.4.
i tried on windows server 2003 sp 2 and windows xp sp3 but did not work.

i checked the following code in formsweb.cfg and it was working before under JPI section
but now its not working i used the following code.
